Project Overview

DRUGFREE'20 aims to rehabilitate 20 marginalized individuals and individuals struggling with drug abuse in 1 Day, providing them with a chance to reintegrate into society with dignity. This annual project seeks to address the rising pandemic of drug abuse in our community and promote awareness about the importance of treating marginalized individuals with respect and support.

Project Objectives:

1. Rehabilitate 20 marginalized individuals battling drug abuse.
2. Provide a supportive environment for their recovery and reintegration into society.
3. Raise awareness about the importance of addressing drug abuse and supporting
marginalized individuals.
4. Foster community involvement and support for the project.

Project Strategy:

1.Outreach programs to identify and select 20 individuals for rehabilitation.
2. 3-month rehabilitation program, including:
- Counseling medical checkups and therapy sessions (N600,000 per individual for 3 months = N1,800,000 total for each individual).
- Provision of basic needs (N130,000 per individual for 3 months = N390,000 total for each individual).
- Wardrobe and welfare support (N150,000 per individual for 3 months = N450,000 total for each individual).
3. Community engagement and fundraising efforts, including:
- Reaching out to brands and corporate organizations for support.
- Organizing community donation rallies.
- Partnering with schools and churches.
- Collaborating with celebrities for endorsement and support.

Project Budget:

The total project cost is estimated at N55,800,000, broken down into:
- Rehabilitation program: N52,800,000 (N2,640,000 per individual x 20 individuals).
- Operations: N3,000,000.

To achieve the project goal, we plan to:
1. Reach out to brands and corporate organizations for sponsorship and support.
2. Organize community donation ralies to engage the public.
3. Partner with schools to raise awareness and gather support.
4. Colaborate with celebrities to endorse and support the project.
5. Engage with major churches to promote the project and gather
support.
